• Lowest Rate  -$300.00 - up to Four per Week in Three  Rooms   This spacious and pleasant condo unit on the ocean on Atlantic Ave.(A1A) was my home
  for several years and I have owned it for over a decade. It is not affiliated with any rental company.  I keep it clean and well stocked.

• Consists of bedroom, living area,kitchen w/dining area,  2 full bathrooms, balcony w/view and long hallway for bicycles

Living at the ocean's edge is wonderful. I found it to be a source of
amazement as the seasons changed - each with its own special
attractions. The cool ocean water and offshore breeze brings one to
life on a hot day. A sense of mystery, awe, romance and contentment prevails. Enjoy and relax on the sand or by the pool. Become a beachcomber. Let the kids run; meet new friends. We have the beautiful people soaking up the sun and letting the ocean water restore their vigor. And when you feel invigorated, there are many activities for you.  Daytone Beach is the "Worlds Most Famous Beach" and it starts when you are ready.  Whatever is your "thing", it is here. Are you ready to be one of the "beautiful people"? Of course you are.

The condo is on the beach.  This condo-apartment is one unit from the elevator

and two units from the spacious patio deck and the beach.  The balcony has

The property is on Daytona's "World's  Most Famous Beach" and the large adjacent deck area has loungers, chairs,
 tables, barbecue and three pools. A 24/7 store is across the street.
 The main commercial and social areas are just a few blocks away. A grocery super market is one mile south on Atlantic Ave.

I try to anticipate your needs and supply amenities so that packing for you will be only for your personal things
  I even supply beach towels and  chairs.

A trip would not be complete without going to the Daytona International Speedway for a tour, walk the track and see how steep it is
and   see the early race cars, pics of heroes and when racing was on
the sand of the beach. The packed sand allows for cars to be driven on the beach. Other activities include fishing from the ocean  beach, charter boat or from the banks of the Halifax River.
 There are many golf courses nearby. Beach buggies and parasailing are
quite popular. Large hotels, shops, dining, bandshell, beach stores, fast food, spring breakers , a ten movie theater,sand games, and attractions are all in a strip just north and within a few blocks- an easy walk. Don't forget the camera . Wildlife areas are nearby and ocean birds abound. Surfers love it here.

 We have numerous restaurants to meet any taste or purse, beach shops,
minature golf, go-carts, a cinema with several theaters, a modern
mall, a new dog track with live racing , offtrack betting and a card room; museums and live presentations of all kinds. The city of Daytona Beach has many churches, medical and special needs providers. Adult life guards are stationed along the beach and our police and fire / rescue services are among the best. Airports include Daytona Beach, Jacksonville and Orlando.

Within app. 50 miles is St. Augustine - the country's oldest city;
Cape Canaveral - our space center; Orlando area with Disney
and a very large mall with well known discount stores.

Refundable Reservation/Security Fee: $100.00 (reservation is not made until this is paid by check or money order). All rates subject to change at any time within the base rate scan until a reservation with fee is received
.Plus  sales and hotel taxes of 12.5%.

THIS IS ALL       NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES

The hotel rental fee with tax must be paid three weeks in advance by check or money order;  or in exact cash, cashier's check, or money order at time of  arrival. Sorry, I do not have credit card facility and do not accept personal checks upon your arrival.
