This Carriage House villa is fully furnished including washer, dryer,
linens, kitchenware, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, tv, and DVD
player.

The Village's is more than just golf! Enjoy swimming, fishing,
tennis, pickleball, bike trails, theatre, movies, concerts, bowling,
shopping, private dining and dance. There is over 1000 clubs you can
enjoy and over 500 activities every week. What is great about the
Village's is it is golf car accessible. You can get to over 70
restaurants, shopping, medical all by golf car.

Security Deposit: refundable security deposit due with reservation:
$500 for monthly rental
Rates include: Florida State and local taxes, basic cable tv: local
telephone calls; water; trash pick up; The Villages amenity fee;
electricity and gas.
There is a non-refundable $50 processing fee payable to The Villages
for temperory I.D.'s
