long exercise path which circumnavigates the Turnberry golf course on Country Club drive is
available for your walking, jogging, and/or biking pleasure. Only a ten minute drive south to the
famous Bal Harbor, for top of the line high end shopping and/or dinning. A ten minute drive north
takes you to the Hollywood boardwalk. Along the ride to Hollywood, you will pass the famous Diplomat
hotel where Nikki's Marina is harbored along the intracoastal water way. Walking distance to nearby
Beit Edmond J Safra synagogue and Aventura Chabad.

Low Season 5/1/09- 9/30/09 $750 per week Monthly Rate in Low Season $1,800
Mid Season 10/1/09- 10/31/09 $850 per week Monthly Rate in Mid Season $2,100
High Season 11/1/10- 4/30/10 $950 per week* Monthly Rate in High season $2,500 per month.*

Christmas & New Year 12/21/08- 1/3/09 $1,300 per week

Refundable $500 security deposit within 10 days of departure date after unit has cleared inspection.
Nonrefundable 50% deposit two weeks prior to booking or at time of reservation to hold unit for
specific dates. Remainder of funds, security deposit, and cleaning fee due upon date of move in.
$75 cleaning fee required.
