Helen's Hide Inn in Seven Springs

This 1920s home is on the main road(County Line)to Seven Springs
Mountain Resort, 6 miles.

It has been completely renovated with baths in each room. It is located stream
side to both Roaring Run & Indian Creek for great native and stocked fishing in the spring. It has direct access to the ICV trail for walking, biking, and cross-country sking. Woodfloors accent the downstairs 3 gathering
rooms for entertainment, reading, board games, or TV. Carpet is in
each of the 4 bedrooms. An electric fireplace is in the front room as well. Both a front and back porch for your smoking/relaxing convenience. It is very easy to find off of the PA Turnpike exit 91.  Please do not use the calendar, call for availabilityand any further questions you may have.  No-smoking in the house.  Have to be 25 years of age and older to apply. 

2-Queen beds with a shower in one and a tub in the other and 2 full
beds with showers in each. Hair dryers, alarm clocks, high speed internet, phone, DVD and VCR.

There is also an efficiency apartment located on the third floor of the house.  This apartment can be rented separately or in addition to the rest of the rooms in the house. 

Minutes from all local attractions! Seven Springs, Hidden Valley
Four Seasons Resort, Frank Lyoyd Wright homes all within minutes.

Ohiopyle for whitewater rafting, rock climbing and fishing only 15
miles away. Many golf courses to choose from and 8 State Parks.

$1000 for 4days/3nights
December 1st - March 15 4days/3nights $800 for up to 6 persons 6-10
$1000 except Christmas,
Presidents & Martin Luther King wkend $1200 and New Years $2100.

This property is registered as a bed & breakfast and if within 3
days of the rental date the entire
unit has not been rented I may consider renting single rooms.

The rate for the efficiency apartment is $200 per night on weekends and $140 per night on weekdays.  Additional charges may apply on holidays.  If the apartment is rented in addition to the rest of the house, a discounted rate may be negotiated.  Please call for more information.

A $500 security deposit must be posted which will be used for any
damages to the property or will be
forfeited if guest or guest's invitee have firearms, illegal
fireworks, drugs and or animals on the
property.
A 75.00 cleaning fee will apply if left unkept or smoke smell.
