Pet and Horse Friendly ! A Toccoa Riverfront Cabin in Blue Ridge

This cabin is located equidistant between Blue Ridge and Blairsville
on the Toccoa River.

The cabin is very private and has over 1000' of river frontage that
is completely accessible to
fishing. We also have a catch and release catfish pond and a
woodland feed-only trout pond.

The cabin is on 20 acres and there are many paths for walking or
riding right from the cabin.
There is a 1 1/2 Acre fenced area for the security of your pets or
horses.

The property is criss-crossed with creeks and kids will love
searching for salamanders, newts,
crawfish, or digging for worms for bait.

The cabin can sleep up to 6 people. It is fully furnished with all
amenities, including a wood
burning fireplace (wood is provided), Central heat/AC, 2 Satellite
TVS with programming capability,
a Washer/Dryer and office space with DSL hookup. There is also a
fax, phone and copier for your
use. There is a Queen bed in the downstairs bedroom and 2 twins in
the upstairs loft, which has its
own private sun balcony. We have 2 couches in the living room, one of
which pulls out to a double
bed.

The kitchen is fully equipped to satisfy even a gourmet cook, even
down to the spices!

You MUST BRING YOUR OWN LINENS.

This cabin is Pet Friendly, but they must be on Flea Prevention!

There is an open barn in the fenced in area, which is mainly for
horses (very good pasture), but it
is also "puppy proof"! Allow your pets to run FREE! No leash laws
here!

While staying at the cabin, you can read on the porch swing or go out
to the honey suckle covered
swing at the pond. A bench overlooks the river where you and the kids
can fish, wade, canoe or
kayak.
While we have plenty of trails on our mountain, one can also hike in
the National Forest, the Cooper
Creek Recreation area or on the Appalachian or Benton McCay trails.

Go swimming or boating at Lake Blue Ridge, Lake Winfield Scott or
Vogel State Park. Visit Brasstown
Bald, Georgia's highest Mountain or visit the many waterfalls in the
immediate area.

Most people come to do some fishing on the Toccoa River which is
stocked with trout from the nearby
Fish Hatchery (open to visitors) Kids can fish in our catch and
release catfish pond.

You can not stay long enough to get bored!

Rates are based on up to a 4 person occupancy at $130.00/night. This
includes taxes.
Each additional person $10.00/night
Pets and Horses are $7.00/night/animal
There is a 3 NIGHT MINIMUM
