theater (within 1 mile), a large assortment of great restaurants,
family entertainment center, and
Jensen Beach (20 minutes away). Lots of shopping,....26 miles to Vero
Beach outlet mall, 12 miles to
Treasure Coast Mall. West Palm Beach is about 45 minutes away. Almost

5/1 - 10/31 $600 / weeek $1500 monthly

The above rates do not include a mandatory 11.5% State and local tax.

3% surcharge will be added to all credit card purchases.

$200 security deposit required 30 days in advance which will be
returned after inspection of condo
after departure, unless there are damages to Villa, or loss of
contents. Cancelation less than 25
days of reservation will result in the deposit not being refunded.
Cancellation must be in
