This is a very nice condo in a great location between Port Charlotte
and Englewood.
Set on the Myakka River / Charlotte harbor, this second floor unit offers
beautiful sunset views from the screened-in lanai and living room.
A quiet atmosphere makes this a wonderful place to get away from
the cold of winter and relax.

When you aren't taking in the scenic view from the living room, you
can watch the 32" cable TV.
The kitchen is fully furnished, including a refrigerator with
icemaker and water in the door, dishwasher, and comes equipped with cookware and dishes,a microwave, and a toaster oven.
The dining room table seats four comfortably and with the added
leaf, can seat six.
The master bedroom has a new queen size bed.
You have your own full size washer and dryer in the unit.
Covered parking is available under the condo building.
Sorry, smoking only allowed outside the building and unfortunately, no pets allowed.

You can relax by the heated pool or go fishing at the private pier.
The fishing here is great with plenty of snook just waiting on you.
There are many beautiful beaches just minutes away at Englewood,
Manasota Key, and Boca Grande.
Just a little farther away are Sanibel island to the south or Siesta
Key (rated one of Florida's top ten beaches) to the north.
This area of Florida is known for its abundance of beautiful shells
and sharks teeth on the beaches.
There is a wide variety of shopping and restaurants in the local
area, including the Port Charlotte
Town Center mall. If you're a little more adventurous you can drive
north to beautiful Venice or south to historic Punta Gorda, both within 20 miles. While you are in Punta Gorda, you can take in a
sunset cruise out of the Fisherman's Village shopping area.
If you enjoy sports, the Tampa Bay Rays training stadium is just 3
miles away.
Need the option of getting back home quickly? You can fly out of the
Sarasota/Bradenton International Airport or the Southwest Florida International Airport (Fort Myers).
Both are within an hour drive.
