The house sits on a magnificent piece of scenic property with a
babbling brook to stroll along. Spectacular views of Elk Mountain, and
nestled away from the hustle and bustle of the every day grind.
Elk Meadows has a lovely lake & tennis courts to enjoy, both are just
a walk away from the cabin.

Four bedrooms,(sheets & towels NOT included). The Master bedroom
furnished with a queen size
bed,Guest bedroom has a queen size bed, and the Loft bedroom has one
queen,and two twin size beds.  Basement bed room has full size bed 
There are three full bathrooms(incl.masters). All bedrooms have
televisions with cable. Television in living area has DVD/CD. The layout for the kitchen,dining & living roomwere designed spaciously and open ,ideal for comfortability. Kitchen has an electric flat top
stove,cookware is available,fridge,dishwasher,washer & dryer. Living room has one leather recliner, reclining leather sofa, and suede loveseat. Air hockey,Foosball &
Darts, board games,and videos. 600 square foot deck w/chiminia. Outdoor fire pit along the creek.
BASEMENT IS FINISHED W/WET BAR - TV - ENTERTAINMENT & 4TH BEADROOM

Elk Mt.Ski Resort just minutes away. All day & night skiing,lets you
take your time to ski or relax as much as you & your family wishes.
Horse back riding &/or snow mobile also near by. Elk Meadows has a
beautiful lake for ice skating,weather permitting. Only a 1 1/2 mile
ride will bring you to the elegant Stone Bridge Inn Restaurant with a
exotic and traditional menu. A 2 mile drive will get you to The
Candlelight Bar & Grille, perfect for the entire family with a
childrens menu & game room.

If you wish to venture out, Mt.Pocono is less than an hour South
on I-81 Shawnee Mt.,Jack Frost,Snow Mt.(previously Montage Mt.)Camel
Back & more.

Weekly Rate, Sun pm. through Sun am ....$1800p/week Non Holiday Weeks
Weekly Rate, Sun pm. through Sun am ....$2200p/week Holiday Weeks

Additional stay Non-Holiday $300 per day
Additional stay Holiday $350 per day

Late check out-early check in upon request & availablity

All bookings made will require 50% deposit                                               

Total balance due & $500.00 security deposit required 4 wks prior to stay
All bookings made with in four weeks of stay MUST be paid in full
at time of booking

Security deposit of $500.00 will be returned/refunded with
in 1-week of stay.
ANY cancelation for ANY reason at ANY time will forfit return of
down payment deposit.
