Dining room - 7 pc real maple wood dining table set, china cabinet.
Kitchen - fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee
maker, fully equipped with pots, plates, etc.

'The Wave' is a resort type living right on the ocean. Recently
renovated with $30 mln, the property is filled with modern amenities
and upgrades of the quality of the finest South Florida's resorts
including: the oceanfront private beach club, exotic landscaping,
large oceanfront heated pool with its pool side, tiki bar, over sized
new pool spa and private barbecue area. In the building: modern
