Dining room - 7 pc birch wood dining table set, china cabinet.
Kitchen - fridge, stove, dishwasher, washer and dryer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, fully equipped with pots, plates, etc.

'The Wave' is a resort type living right on the ocean. Recently
renovated with $30 mln, the property is filled with modern amenities
and upgrades of the quality of the finest South Florida's resorts
including: the oceanfront private beach club, exotic landscaping,
large oceanfront heated pool with its pool side, tiki bar with snacks and drinks, over sized new pool spa and private barbecue area. In the building: modern

Thanksgiving Weekend - $1,500 / week

Christmas Season - $3,000 

Other: $120 exit cleaning fee. $500 security deposit. 11% tax on leases
below 6 months. No pets. No smoking policy.
Reduced rates for long terms leasing with $150 association
application fee.
