Policies: Rates subject to  change.  One nights deposit guarantees your rates. Once you check in you are responsible for the entire rental agreement.  Full refund if cancelled with 45 days prior to arrival.  Credit  for another time will be given to you if you need to cancel or change your plans after you arrive. Intercoastal Water View rooms, #5 and #10 Tommy Bahama Room, are larger designer decorated, 40" TV  and Plasma TV and all the bells and whiles, add $30 per night.  For more than 4 guest we have 1,2,and 3 bedroom Beach Cottages   

Rates can go up without notice, but not after you made your reservation. Rates may be higher for event weeks in Clearwater and Tampa. Please email your request or last minute call.
