This newly remodeled private resort home offers you endless 
activities and experiences in beautiful Central Oregon.
This custom built 3 bedroom home has expansive windows and 
decking that let you enjoy the Sunriver view all year.  Our home is 
located in the quiet north end of Sunriver. It is furnished with a ski
lodge motif. You will find comfortable beds, soft sheets, and room to
relax.  The large, well equipped kitchen and dining room will please
the cook in the family. If you love the outdoors, we are very close to
the bike and walking trails, tennis courts, and the North Pool.  
You will find 8 pool passes, six bikes, plus we have a great canoe just
waiting to be used hanging in the garage, equipped with paddles and
life jackets.

Vacation Rental Rates

Low Season: (Sept. 15-June 15) $195 per night
High Season: (June 16-Sept 14) $230 per night, 5 night minimum
Holiday Weekends:(MLK,Pres.Day,Memorial Day)$230.00 per night, 
                  3 night minimum
Thanksgiving: $230 per night, 3 night minimum 
Christmas, New Years: $275 per night, 5 night minimum
Spring Break: $230 per night

Reservation Confirmed with 50% Deposit of Rental Fee 
Remainder Plus Taxes and Fees Due 30 Days Prior to Arrival

Cleaning Fee: $85  
Tax: 8% DCCA #515  
Refundable Damage Deposit $300

No Smoking / No Pets / No One Night Stays 

Check-in 4 PM / Check-out 11 AM

Cancellations & Changes:
Cancellations or changes made more than 45 days in advance will 
receive a full refund less cancellation fee of $30.  Cancellations 
or changes made between 30 to 45 days in advance forfeit an amount 
equal to one night’s stay.  Cancellations or changes made less than 
30 days in advance forfeit the full amount paid.    The Owner agrees 
to promptly refund the security deposit within 30 days after the 
departure date, providing there is no damage, missing items, 
or excessive cleaning of home or hot tub necessary.
