home is located in the quiet north end of Sunriver. It is furnished
with a warm ski lodge motif. You will find all new comfortable
mattresses, soft sheets, and room to relax.
The large, well equipped kitchen and dining room will please
the cook in the family. If you love the outdoors, we are very close to
the bike and walking trails, tennis courts, and the North Pool.
You will find five bikes, plus a great canoe just
waiting to be used, equipped with paddles and
life jackets.

High Season: (June 16-Sept 14) $250 per night, 5 night minimum
Holiday Weekends:(MLK,Pres.Day,Memorial Day)$275.00 per night,
3 night minimum
Thanksgiving: $250 per night, 3 night minimum
Christmas, New Years: $300 per night, 5 night minimum
Spring Break: $250 per night, 5 night minimum

Reservation Confirmed with 50% Deposit of Rental Fee
Remainder Plus Taxes and Fees Due 30 Days Prior to Arrival

Cancellations & Changes:
Cancellations or changes made more than 45 days in advance will
receive a full refund less cancellation fee of $50. Cancellations
or changes made between 30 to 45 days in advance forfeit an amount
equal to one night's stay. Cancellations or changes made less than
30 days in advance forfeit the full amount paid. The Owner agrees
to refund the security deposit within 30 days after the
departure date, providing there is no damage, missing items,
or excessive cleaning of home or hot tub necessary.
