Two Sees - Beautiful Waterfront Beach House on Oak Island in Oak Island

Home is located directly on the tidal waterways of Oak Island which connect to the intercoastal
waterway and Atlantic Ocean near the Lockwood Folley inlet. 800 yards to the beautifuly Atlantic
Ocean beach. Home has private fishing dock on the waterway: Fish, shrimp, crab, kayak, small boat
accesable at high tides. Home is located 4 miles from new Oak Island Intercoastal waterway bridge
scheduled to be completed in 2009, Bridge connects island to highway 17 and access to North Myrtle
beach attraction, dining, and many ourstanding golf courses.

Multiple decks, 2 overlooking tidal waterways, 2 have views of the ocean. Unique beach house,
underhome parking, storage, Hot and cold outdoor shower, fish cleaning sink. Has living room, full
bath, reading room, kitchen, and dining area with largest deck off kitchen. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms
and a bath, decks

Oak Island is a quiet residential island predominently single family homes, no high rise hotels.
The marina for deep sea fishing and a local fishing pier are close the house, there are several good
seafood reastraunts and many causal restruaunts from BBQ, to pizza, to mexican in town. Oak
Island CC is open to the public for Golf, this is also mini golf and tennis courts at the community
center.

Winter Rates $1350 a week - November to February
Sprint Rates $1450 a week March to May
Summer Rates $1800 a week June to September 15
Fall Rate $1450 a week September 15 thru October

Add North Carolina Tax 6.75% and 6.0% Oak Island Occupancy tax.
50% due at reservation, balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
$200 security deposit fully refunded within 2 weeks of departure.
