Charming Luxury on the Beach-Newly Renovated in New Smyrna Beach

Our newly renovated condo is a SOUTHEAST unit with OCEAN FRONTAGE AND POOL VIEWS.
We have TRAVERTINE FLOORS in all areas except the CARPETED BEDROOMS. The NEW
KITCHEN is equipped
with HIGH-END STAINLESS STEEL appliances and NEW WOOD CABINETS painted bavarian
cream and EXOTIC
GRANITE countertops. NEW cookware, dishes and utensils. The bathrooms have the same
cabinetry and granite.
The condo is decorated in a contemporary cottage style and has a clean crisp feeling.
TV'S in LIVING ROOM and ALL BEDROOMS
The master bedroom has a king size bed and the bathroom is ensuite.
The second bedroom has two twin beds and can be converted to 1 king size bed. The
sofa in the living
room pulls out to a queen size bed. We provide all linens (426 thread count sheets and plush towels) and have plenty of beach
towels. Seating for 4 at the kitchen bar, and seating for 4-6 in the dining area.

We are located on a NON-DRIVING section of the beach at the southern end of New
Smyrna Beach.
The unit is DIRECT OCEANFRONT on the 4TH FLOOR (we have elevators). The perfect
height to enjoy the
view of breaking waves. The complex is securely gated and underwent a total renovation approximately 2
years ago. The
pool is heated and we have two lighted tennis courts.

For your recreation pleasure, we offer shuffle board complete with equipment, paddle
ball, tennis
rackets, boogie boards, fishing tackle (poles, casting net, bucket) and other
miscellaneous beach
toys. We keep RECLINING BEACH CHAIRS and a collapsable BEACH BUGGY to easily
transport items down to
the beach.

New Smyrna offers shopping as well as boating/fishing activities. Kayak and boat rentals
available at various locations. JB's Fish Camp is just a mile down the road.
Theme Parks and Orlando International Airport are approximately 1.5 hours away.

A 7 night minimum stay (Saturday-Saturday) is required

All rates quoted above do not include 12.5% tax and a $79 cleaning fee.
A $300 security deposit is also required to secure a reservation.
