Our renovated condo is a SOUTHEAST unit with OCEAN FRONTAGE AND POOL VIEWS. We have TRAVERTINE FLOORS in all areas except the CARPETED BEDROOMS. The KITCHEN is equipped with HIGH-END STAINLESS STEEL appliances, WOOD CABINETS and EXOTIC GRANITE countertops. The bathrooms have the same cabinetry and granite.
The condo is decorated in a contemporary cottage style and has a clean crisp feeling. TV'S in LIVING ROOM and ALL BEDROOMS. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the bathroom is ensuite. The second bedroom has two twin beds and can be converted to 1 king size bed. The sofa in the living room pulls out to a queen size bed. We provide all linens (426 thread count sheets and plush towels) and have plenty of beach towels. Seating for 4 at the kitchen bar, and seating for 4-6 in the dining area.
