This is a stunning 2Bed/2Bath home in Prestigious Mission Hills
Country Club, only 15 minutes fromthe Palm Springs Airport. We call this home
the Tuscan Villa, inspired by the thick oak door that leads you to the welcoming
entry patio. Configured as Two Master Suites, this two bedroom condo is over
1,550 sq ft.

The two large bedrooms are separated by the entry patio. This feature gives
privacy to you and your guests, and makes it the most in-demand floor plan in the resort.

The South Facing, wind protected patio has the lake only steps away. The lake
features catch and release bass fishing, and a wide variety of wild birds.

The natural gas BBQ has a built-in bar with bar chairs. You can dine lakeside on the 4-person table and chair set, or relax with cofee and the morning paper on
the two comfy chairs and side table.

The quality furnishings are plush and comfortable. Sliding plantation shutters
throughout give you optional privacy or complete access to the outdoors.

The wonderful Pool and Spa faces south overlooking the lake and mountains. The Tuscan Villa is one home away to the right along the water front. See in
the photo the tall Eucalyptus tree that is in the back of the Tuscan Villa.

This is a private residence and is furnished with taste and luxury. It was not furnished or decorated with the intention to share it outside the family. Our Vacation Rentals guests have said, "it is every bit as beautiful as the pictures".
