Cancellation Policy: If the reservation is canceled 11 or more days
prior to the arrival date, there is a cancellation fee equal to 15% of
the total charge. If the reservation is canceled between 10 to 6 days
prior to arrival, there is a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the
total charge. If the reservation is canceled 5 or fewer days prior to
arrival, the guest forfeits the entire 100% of total charge. The total
amount will be charged to confirm the reservation.


*The Unit needs to be cleaned and returned to original condition
before checking out. There is an optional house keeping service at
extra charge.
