prior to the arrival date, there is a cancellation fee equal to 15% of
the total charge. If the reservation is canceled between 10 to 6 days
prior to arrival, there is a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the
total charge. If the reservation is canceled 5 or fewer days prior to
arrival, the guest forfeits the entire 100% of total charge. The total
amount will be charged to confirm the reservation.

before checking out. There is an optional house keeping service at
