This charming house was designed to have the the "Old Beach Point Cottage" look with arched covered
farmer porches,and sun decks.This 3/4 acre lot is located in an open beach area with rolling hills
and houses spread far apart.It is contemporary with wood ceilings and beams.The private cleans , sandy bayside beach is
JUST across the quiet road and up the romantic dune path to the very moderate beach stairs.There is
no need to buy a town beach permit and pack up the car to fight to get a space as in other town
beaches because here you have your own private expansive beach.You will feel the spaciousness with
an open living plan of Kitchen/Dining/livingroom with comfortable couches.There are 4 spacious
bedrooms. One bedroom with a queen bed downstairs has a slider to the back covered porch .The other
3 bedrooms are on the second floor with one queen bedroom and the other two bedrooms have 2 twin
beds in them each.There is a central sitting room as well with a sprial stircase up to a roof deck .

This house boasts of being well appointed with all ammenities , as in Cable TV /DVD/CD/stereo/
player,washer/dryer, dishwasher,central vacumn system,well stocked cookware and appliances for all
your needs. There is also a generous supply of cleaning supplies, paper goods,basics and even
spices. All bedding including quilts have been washed for your stay. Clean linens and towels can be
supplied if needed. the beds are very comfortable and clean .The house has cable high speed
internet as well as local phone .For those rainy days there is a ping pong table down the cellar.
There is adequate parking in the driveway .There is plenty of outside patio furniture ,a picnic
table ,large sun umbrella, outside gas grill and many beach chairs .

Truro is famous for its best bayside and oceanside beaches that go on for miles. The bayside is a bit warmer and sometimes calmer for smaller children great for swimming , fishing , boating , kayaking, and watersports .
The protected National Seashore oceanside is just a 5 minutes drive and you have many choices of
pristine beaches to discover protected within the National Seashore where there are no houses. There are nice restaurants in the Truro area , a museum, golf links, nature walks ,vineyard, bike paths, playgrounds, and library and more.
The quaint walking town of Provincetown is just 7 minutes drive and then you are immersed in
activities that include endless small shops, art galleries , museums,restaurants galore,whale
watching and fishing trips, sail and power boat rentals , historic sights and a lively night life
including the most fun of all, people watching.
