Vacation Rental Description

Whether you are seeking rest and relaxation or action and 
excitement, your base of operation should be 2450 Bentley Park West 
in Palm Harbor. As described below, this villa offers a unique, 
homey, affordable base camp for your Florida vacation.

While we prefer longer term seasonal renters for this quiet, 
peaceful, and exceptional 2 BR villa (one BR is Den w/sleeper), we 
have a rate structure that fits all needs.  

This townhome has an eat-in kitchen, Dining Room/Living Room, a 
screened in porch that is sealed and provides a great "camp out 
area" for the kids, and the two aforementioned bedrooms.  The
unit is completely furnished, all on one floor, and includes a fully 
ready to use kitchen with everything to serve dinner except the 
food. All sheets and linens are clean and ready to use, with 
plenty of spares in the closets.

Rent includes use of the community pool and screened cabana pool 
access, a very large walking path and playground, lots of trees, and 
ready access to stores local restaurants. Beaches are within 20 
minutes, Busch Gardens is within 30-40 minutes, airports (St. 
Petersburg International and Tampa International) are within 30 
minutes, and Walt Disney World is within 2 hours.  The community is 
mixed, some younger families with children, career professionals, 
and retirees. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Fully furnished, washer-dryer in laundry room, high speed internet 
access, digital cable in the Den/BR, cable TV in kitchen, and master 
BR, water, garbage service 2x per week, pool, clubhouse, park, 20 
minutes to nearby beaches, easy access to many of Florida's theme 
parks, national parks, acquariums (Tampa, Tarpon), shopping, and 
dining. Central location for transportation to and from 
Florida. 

Activities and Attractions

Swimming, sunbathing, visits to FL attractions, beaches, acquariums, 
sponge docks, orange groves, 
theme parks (Busch Gardens, Weechi Watchee, Disney World, Universal 
Studios, Cypress Gardens, Tampa Acquarium, Tarpon Springs, Crystal 
River, and many other sights and destinations are within 2 hours, 
many within 20-40 minutes, of this central location). Canoeing, bike 
riding, jogging, wave running, swimming, laser tag, golf, bowling, 
and many other indoor and outdoor activities are within an easy 
drive or almost right outside the door. The nightlife of Ybor City 
and other downtown Tampa, Clearwater, and St. Petersburg have 
something for every generation and taste. We can help guide your

deceiving given its great location near so many Florida attractions. 
My wife, a writer, loves to sit 
out on the covered porch and write. This makes 2450 Bentley Dr W a 
great solution for families with 
mixed objectives - some looking for strict R&R while others are 
looking for action and excitement.

Vacation Rental Rates

Seasonal multi-month renters have best rate: $1,175/month (3+ 
months); $1250/full month plus & less than three months, pro rata 
for portion of subsequent months; $1,500 for 1 month; or $600 per 
week; 1st months rent (or entire weekly amounts if staying less 
than 1 month) + security deposit(s). Security deposit of $600 is 
required to hold the rental dates of which $100 is non-refundable 
cleaning service charge applied on move-out. An additional $250 pet 
deposit will be applied for approved pets of which $50 is non-
refundable additional cleaning fee. Tenant is expected to neaten up 
prior to departure. Net deposits will be returned promptly by our 
property manager, Weichert Realtors nearby at 125 West Klosterman 
Road, Tarpon Springs, FL after move out inspections have been 
completed. You'll need to call Weichert to schedule your move-out 
inspection. Security deposit is non-refundable if contract/arrival 
is cancelled. FL sales tax applies to all rentals under 6 months.
