La Sirena Villa, St. John in US Virgin Islands

La Sirena (“The Mermaid”) is a beautiful, newly-built home,
overlooking the sparkling Caribbean waters of Kiddle Bay on the
quiet, southeastern shore of St. John. Surrounded by National Park
land and only a 5-minute walk to the beach at Kiddle Bay, you’ll
enjoy both luxury and seclusion in this beautifully crafted villa.

The Great Room, with its cathedral ceilings, arched windows, and
sliding doors to the covered gallery porch, catches the constant
breeze. It is tastefully decorated with island flair and your
comfort in mind. The indoor dining area can seat up to six, or you
can dine al fresco on the covered deck with views of the sea.

The galley-style kitchen is well suited to both cooks and
spectators. It is complete with custom mahogany cabinetry and snack
bar, as well as top-of-the-line, stainless steel appliances.

The charming sleeping loft with queen-sized bed is great for either
couples or kids. There is a full bath with enormous, walk-in shower
off the Great Room

Descend the spiral staircase to the tiled pool deck, complete with
cabana bar and grill area. Loll in the hammock, tan on a chaise
lounge, or mix up tasty tropical concoctions at the bar. Grill
dinner and dine poolside. Relax in the shade under the covered deck
or float in the pool with an unobstructed view of the beauty around
you.

Both Master Suites open to the pool deck through mahogany French
doors. They are complete with queen-sized, four-poster beds, and
full baths with huge, walk-in showers.

Please Note: Due to the open access to the pool from the bedrooms,
we request no children between the ages of 8 months and 8 years.
