Your Spiritual Getaway - Earth Sanctuary Retreat House in Whidbey Island

Nestled in the woods next to Earth Sanctuary, the Earth Sanctuary Retreat House is the perfect place
for a spiritual retreat, spiritual getaway, personal renewal, relaxation, meditation, prayer, and
peaceful reflection.

The safe and supportive environment of Earth Sanctuary Retreat House provides you with a
private "single-family" retreat house. A self-serve facility, those renting it have exclusive use of
the entire house. Its spacious living/meditation room overlooks surrounding trees; the fully equipped
kitchen enables you to prepare foods specific to your needs. Each of the two bedrooms has a single
bed. There are books on meditation and spirituality available at the house for your inspiration.

Located on Whidbey Island, 100 minutes from Seattle, Earth Sanctuary is open to day visitors everyday
of the year, rain or shine for $7/person. No dogs, please.

Located adjacent to the 72-acre Earth Sanctuary meditation parkland and nature reserve, your stay at
the Retreat House includes access to the trails, stone circles, labyrinth, medicine wheel, and
dolmen. From the house you can easily walk Earth Sanctuary's paths and forests.

Come, enjoy the integration of nature, ecology, art and spirit amid the tranquil forests and
reflective ponds of Earth Sanctuary. Explore its two miles of trails that wind through the largest
ecological restoration project ever funded by an individual. With a 500-year plan to proactively
create an old-growth forest, over 15,000 native plants of over 80 species have been planted and
nurtured. Observe the abudance of birdlife on its two woodland ponds and spring-fed peat bog,
recognized by Audubon and Island county as a "Habitat of Local Importance."

Experience sacred places including the world's tallest stone circle, a beautiful salal-hedge
labyrinth, and the first dolmen build in the U.S. in modern times. Amplify your prayers at the
Medicine Wheel.

Overnight rates for Sunday through Thursday nights are $60 for one person and $25 for each additional
person.

Overnight rates for Friday and Saturday nights are $70 for one person and $30 for each additional
person.

For stays of five days or more, we offer a 10% discount.

Notes:
-The Earth Sanctuary Retreat House has two bedrooms, each with a single bed. If more than two people
stay at the house, you should bring sleeping bags and be prepared to sleep on the floor.
-Earth Sanctuary is a place for spiritual retreat. No children, please.
