Entertain on the deck or around the pool at this elegant 3BR/3BA home. 2574 sq.ft on 2
levels with views of Belvedere and the lagoon. Living room & dining room have vaulted ceilings. 2
fireplaces. Eat-in kitchen has teak countertops & pantry. Master suite has tiled bath & shower
adjacent to a spacious deck with spiral staircase that leads to pool area below. A spacious family
room has bar area with sink & microwave. Cannot accommodate weddings or other large parties.
You can walk to town have lunch or dinner by the water and then jump on the ferry to San Francisco. We are in between the Wine country and San Francisco.
The children can walk to the park or you can take them to Six Flags, the beach or bike riding on our bike bath.
