This brand new 3 bedroom home, with heated pool, offers the very best
of vacation luxury on the
Tropical West Coast of Florida. Ideally located in a private area of
Gulf Cove ( South) , you can
choose from several of the best beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and
all are just moments away.
The nearest beach is Boca Grande and it is within a 10 minute drive
from the house.
There are many golf courses, great for beginners and Pros
alike - all within 5 to 20 minutes drive.

Outdoors:
The spacious lanai encloses the south-west facing lagoon shaped
electrically heated pool and looks
onto a very private back garden.There are 3 loungers, 8 chairs, a
large table and a stainless steel
gas grill.
Indoors:
This three bedroom house sleeps six and features
Central airconditioning and overhead fans
An oversized master bedroom fully furnished with a king- sized
bed and a huge
bathroom with a soaking tub , a roman style walk in shower and his
and her sinks
Guest bedrooms are on the opposite side of the house which is
separated with pocket doors for
ultimate privacy.
Bedroom two has a beach theme and includes a large pillow- top
queen bed
Bedroom three is fully furnished and features a full sized , four
poster bed.
The large guest bathroom with tub and shower is situated between
the two guest bedrooms
The beautiful kitchen is fully equipped to make your holiday
enjoyable. It features upscale
stainless steel appliances with icemaker, a microwave, blender,
coffee maker and granite counter
tops with a lunch bar.
The beautiful Florida style dining room over-looks the pool and has
a large dining table with
seating for six.
There is a living room as well as a family room, designed to offer
lots of space for vacationers to
get away and enjoy quiet time
The family room is furnished with leather furniture with lots of
seating, a house-guitar, and a
fully-featured Home Entertainment system complete with Satelite Dish
network, HD flat screen
television, surround sound stereo, CD and DVD players, and a Yamaha
Amplifier/Receiver.
There is also a work space area with a land line telephone , and
high speed wireless internet ,
ready for your laptop.
The laundry room comes complete with full-sized washer
and dryer, large storage area, and iron with ironing board.
All linens, towels and dishes pots and pans are included. Extra
features included in the rental are
the use of 3 bicycles, gas BBQ, beach chairs and umbrellas,
fishing rods, all towels and bed linen. Just bring your swimsuit!!

Biking. South Gulf Cove is a perfect place for biking , and there
three bikes in the garage. There
are trails for biking and hiking at Stump Pass State Park which is a
wildlife sanctuary just down from the beach.( you might catch a
glimpse of a dolphin or manatee)
Shopping galore in nearby Sarasota or for bargain hunters at
Bradenton outlet stores , about an hour
away.
