is not a stripped down rental.....Beach front Villa is located 12
miles south of the US/MEX border in the gated oceanfront community
of San Antonio del Mar,accross from Real del Mar Golf Course.We are
Ocean-front,1st row. The house has private steps down to the Beach.
All Bedding & Linen,Spices and Condiments are included. The House
sleeps 8 guests in beds. It takes 5 minutes by car or taxi to
downtown Rosarito to go shopping or enjoy the " Night Life !".
5 gal. bottles of drinking water from U.S. furnished .
