Vacation Rental Description

Our comfortable 2 storey oceanfront Beach-House is appealing to those
renters who want Coziness and a  warm ,friendly homey atmosphere,it 
is not a stripped down rental.....Beach front Villa is located 12 
miles south of the US/MEX border in the gated oceanfront community 
of San Antonio del Mar,accross from Real del Mar Golf Course.We are 
Ocean-front,1st row. The house has private steps down to the Beach.  
All Bedding & Linen,Spices and Condiments are included. The House 
sleeps 8 guests in beds. It takes 5 minutes by car or taxi to 
downtown Rosarito to go shopping or enjoy the " Night Life !".      
5 gal. bottles of drinking water from U.S. furnished .

beach-towels included.
We have a small Mini-Market by the Main Entrance to our 
Development.

stay,minimum .

$1700 /Week peak season,                                        
$1300 /WeeK off  season,

$300 security deposit , fully refundable within a week of departure,
 giving time to check for damage or any lost items by guests  )

  balance in full before  arrival in cash ,money order or cashiers
