A roomy 3-bedroom apartment, which is located on the grounds of Ocean Woods Resort, a 32-room hotel.  The 
property is located 1/2 mile to Goose Rocks Beach, a spectacular 3-mile long, sandy beach, great for kids.  
Ocean Woods Resort is  on 10-wooded acres across from the saltmarshes in the peaceful countryside of 
Kennebunkport.  

The apartment features a deck and screen porch overlooking the property's pool and jacuzzi.  A full kitchen with 
center island cooking area flows into an open living room offering a large area for family gatherings.  The three 
bedrooms are located along the hallway, which also includes a bath and laundry room.
