We have a lovely 2044 sq.ft., 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath house with attached 2-car garage and a back yard Jacuzzi (spa is kept serviced from Christmas Eve thru March). It's fully furnished and sleeps 10 in beds.
 
It's located on a big 10,000 sq.ft. corner lot near the lake, about a mile from Bear Valley Ski Area and Snow Summit Ski Area, and just a few blocks from the lake. There's a 3/4 sized pool table and foosball table in the garage, and an old piano in the foyer.

House is fully stocked with a video library, towels, sheets, dishes, pots & pans, toys, books...

SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS (sleeps 10 in beds):
Master bedroom with California King Bed & private bathroom - sleeps 2
Large second bedroom with Queen & twin bunk beds - sleeps 4
Extra large third bedroom with Queen & twin bunk beds - sleeps 4, plus there's an extra loose twin mattress for an extra kid

All beds have country quilts. King & Queen beds have down comforters and pillows.

The house is located in the prestigious Fox Farm neighborhood within walking distance of the lake, and is conveniently located up the hill a few blocks behind Stater Brothers Grocery Store on Big Bear Boulevard & Fox Farm in Big Bear Lake, about a mile from the ski resorts. The house has easy access and ample parking during any weather.

We have direcTV service in the living room & bedrooms. There are TV's/ VCR's or DVDs in every room and lots of video tapes/DVDs. There is also a 3/4 sized pool table, a foosball table and lots of games and books for you to use. The kitchen is fully stocked with built-in microwave, dishwasher, dishes, pots, pans and bakeware.
