This end-of-terrace condominium located in Sunset Crest, St. James Barbados, is clean and comfortable. It is situated in a pleasant avenue among some of the most-sought-after properties in Sunset Crest and Holetown on Barbados' beautiful, platinum, west coast. The rental is just a two-minute walk from the stunning St. James beach in Sunset Crest, where you can partake of various
water sports, including scuba diving and snorkeling.

A very good selection of restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets are located nearby. Other amenities, including bars, banks, a supermarket, post office, two cyber cafes, and an air-conditioned shopping mall (with duty-free shops), are all close at hand.

Our Barbados Sunset Crest rental is fully air-conditioned. The open-plan living/dining is equipped with a ceiling fan, TV (with digital cable), a radio/CD player, DVD, and a single sofa bed. A cot-style bed can also be provided for an extra guest. There is a telephone for accepting incoming calls and making outgoing local calls (which are free).

The well-equipped kitchenette has a refrigerator/freezer, stove, convection/microwave oven, electric kettle, and a toaster. The bedroom is air conditioned with twin beds, a wardrobe, and a vanity unit, with an en suite washroom.

Outside, our Barbados condominium has a furnished, shaded veranda at the front, with a lawn (shared with the three adjoining apartments) to the rear.
Should you wish to hire a car during your stay in Barbados, there is ample parking space for two cars on the drive immediately in front of the condominium.
