This luxury 2 bedroom/2 bath condo sleeps up to 8 people (6 adults) and is situated in the middle of Winter Parks new resort village, just a few steps away from all the various activities throughout the year. This includes dining, shopping, scheduled entertainment and the ultimate convenience of ski-in, ski-out access in the winter. The majority of rentals in the area are located in the outlining towns, which are several miles away, and require you to wait in a long line for an old school bus shuttle to take you to the ski resort. Our unit is right at the mountain base, and is only a 2 minute walk to the first ski lift.

The unit is very "kid friendly" as well, including a large assortment of games, DVD's, Wii game console, free movie channels, Ipod docking stations in each room, portable bed, plastic dinnerware and a booster chair with tray.

Relax after a invigorating day of winter skiing, or summer mountain biking, and view the various resort village festivities from your private covered deck. This includes concerts and other entertainment events throughout the year from the village plaza, and ice skating or fly fishing from the pond and river right next to the building. The resort village offers several summer attraction as well, including an alpine slide, mini golf, human maze, gyro extreme, rock climbing wall, bungee trampolines, disc golf, gold panning and a bouncy house. Walk a few steps to the ski lifts, or through the village to visit all of the local shops and restaurants, and grab a coffee at the nearby Starbucks.

$149 to $499 nightly.
Surcharge for holidays and springbreak period. 2 night minimum stay. 

Summer Season:

$125 to $149 nightly. 2 night minimum stay.

Spring Season: $99 nightly. 2 night minimum stay.

Fall Season: $99 nightly. 2 night minimum stay.
