White Mountains Townhouse, Easterly Road opposite Loon Mtn in Lincoln

Townhouse in the Clearbrook section of the Lincoln, NH just off the Kancamagus
Highway. One mile from Loon Mountain Ski Area and twelve miles from the Cannon Mountain Ski Area.

Sleeps six to eight in a wooded area with a scenic view of the Loon Mountain Ski Resort. The kitchen
and two full baths have tiled floors, while the rest of the unit has deep-pile wall-to-wall
carpeting. The kitchen has new Bosch applicances: gas/electric range, dishwasher and microwave and
garbage disposal, toaster oven, blender and automatic popcorn popper and all the cookware and
utensils necessary for gourmet cooking. Washer and dryer are available on the lower level. Gas heat
with electric backup.

Two bedrooms have queen-sized beds and one bedroom has twin beds. There is a queen-size sleep sofa
in the loft. The furnishings are in elegant solid oak and cherry. Towels and linen are included.

A large color TV with cable connection and DVD/VCR is provided along with an internet optical cable
connection. Wireless digital cable connection. DVD library, board games, books and hiking maps are
in the unit for your enjoyment.

Free access to the Village of Loon Mountain Swim and Tennis Club is provided with the rental.
This facility has 2 indoor and 2 outdoor pools, 3 large whirlpool baths, sauna, 12 tennis courts, 2
lighted paddle courts, weight and exercise rooms, skating rink, basketball court, ski rental and
repair shop, and a video arcade for your enjoyment.

Normal cleaning is included in the rental fee. Firewood is supplied for an efficient fireplace with
a glass front. Pets are not permitted.

Skiing: Free shuttle bus to Loon Mtn. Cannon Mtn. is about 10 miles away.
XC-Skiing: The unit is 2 miles from the Wilderness Trail that begins at the bridge/parking on the
Kancamagus highway, which is 2 miles east. Groomed trails are available for a fee at Loon Mtn.

$1600/wk. Vacation or Christmas weeks (7 days) $2000/wk.
