Fully equiped kitchen complete with dishwasher, fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, cutlery,
dishes, pots and pans. Bedroom #1 has a king size bed, walk-in closet, flat screen t.v. with DVD
player built in, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. Bedroom #2 has a double bed, large closet and
t.v./DVD player. Bedroom #3 has twin beds, large closet, and t.v./DVD player. There is a washing
machine and dryer for your convenience. You can enjoy the fireworks at night on the screened in
balcony just off the living room or relax watching your favourite shows on the large 52" flat screen
T.V./DVD player.  The unit has recently been upgraded with new furniture and the walls have all been freshly painted. 

Enjoy the olympic size swimming pool complete with supervised waterslide. Little ones can enjoy the
water with a walk-in wading area or a splash pad. The clubhouse features a 40 seat theatre, billard tables, ping-
pong and state of the art fitness centre. On site is a small convenience store. This gated

A cleaning fee of $65.00 and all state taxes are added. A $200.00 deposit is required at the time
of booking and the balance is due one month prior to the start of your stay. Cancellation must be
made in writing and no later then six weeks prior to your stay.
