Vacation Rental Description

Located in Yonahlossee Resort and Club, a private gated community 
located just minutes from the historic Village of Blowing Rock, NC, 
in the heart of the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains.  Yonahlossee is 
known for its beautiful homes, its natural undisturbed setting, and 
its award winning amenities including indoor and outdoor tennis 
courts, an indoor swimming pool, two fitness centers, sauna, and 
fine dining restaurant.
  
Wycham 317-2 boasts over 2600 sq ft of elegant living space. There 
is enough room is this gracious mountain home for everyone to relax, 
spread out, and have their own sense of space and privacy on the 
three distinct levels.  

The generous Great Room features high vaulted ceilings, two story 
windows, floor-to-ceiling stone wood-burning fireplace, and hardwood 
floors.  The Dining Room, open to the Great Room and Kitchen, also 
has high ceilings and large picture windows.  Sliding glass doors in 
the Dining Room lead to an open deck where one can savor the beauty 
of the mountains.

The Kitchen, open to the Great Room, is fully equipped offering 
everything one might imagine.  Appliances include range, 
refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher.  There is generous counter 
space, storage, and prep areas.     

The main floor Guest Bedroom offers a king bed.  This lovely bedroom 
suite features an adjoining full ensuite bath with tub.

The upper level bedroom is used by the owners as the Master 
Bedroom.  This spacious bedroom offers a king bed.  The adjoining 
Master Bath features double vanities and a circulating tub.

The Guest bedroom on the lower level with two twin beds has direct 
access to a full bath.  (The bath may also be accessed from the 
Family Room.)  A full bed located in the Family Room provides a 
fourth sleeping area -- perfect for extra guests or children. 

Wycham 317-2 is fully equipped, immaculate, and offers everything 
one might want in a vacation rental.  The home has central heat and 
air conditioning, modern appliances, washer/dryer, covered carport, 
cable TV and DVD player, and voice mail.  All linens, paper 
products, and basic cleaning supplies are provided.  A departure 
cleaning is included in the nightly rates.

Guests of Wycham 317-2 are welcome to enjoy the amenities of 
Yonahlossee  Resort and Club including the indoor swimming pool, two 
fitness centers, sauna, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, two full-
time tennis pros, tennis pro shop, and fine dining at the fabulous 
(and onsite) Gamekeeper Restaurant.

Activities and Attractions

Wycham 317-2 is located just minutes from the historic Village of
Blowing Rock home to wonderful boutiques, parks, terrific 
restaurants, and the Blowing Rock Stage Company.  The Blue Ridge 
Parkway with its miles of hiking trails, picnic areas, camp grounds, 
fishing lakes, and scenic vistas is just 2.5 miles from Yonahlossee 
Resort and Club. Nearby attractions include Tweetsie Railroad, 
Grandfather Mountain, the Blowing Rock, Linville Falls, Linville 
Caverns, and Appalachian State University with year-round cultural 
and athletic events.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates vary according to season and do include a departure cleaning.
This spacious and immaculate Wycham Townhome is available for 
nightly, weekly, or monthly rentals.  Pets are not permitted, and 
this is a non-smoking home.  Nightly rates range from $249 to $504 
per night.  Rates are reduced for stays of three or more
nights.  Weekly and monthly discounts are also available.
