Back for a month, for the the 3rd time!.

We appreciated the new decorative touches and new barbeque, and the cleaner is commended on the nice clean condition the house was in when we arrived – thanks. Very professionally folded towels in the bathroom!

We also met the gardener who was very pleasant and went out of his way to bring us firewood and lighter fuel for the fire pit. ( Without us asking him to!) He mentioned Mary ( the rental agent) had asked him to make sure to tidy up for the Irish people who were due! – Nice!

The neighbours next door were so friendly & courteous, again, and joined us on our last night for a sunset dinner & drinks on the patio.

All these little things added to another great vacation at the beach house, and thanks again to Mary for her kind attendances.

Already considering coming back next year.

Lovely home!

Touchdown Beach House was a very nice house and Mary , the rental agent was VERY pleasant and accommodating. Shopping was only 5 min from house. We watched dolphins everyday, saw a couple stingrays, caught some fish, and it was all in your backyard!! I didn't want to leave! I highly recommend this house!! I would stay there again.

The house doors and windows are hard to open/close and are out dated. Also the siding doors are hard to operate, there is one upstairs that does not work. There were cockroachs in every room! The Dish washer floods and starts to leak when trying to washing the dishes. One of the bicycles was broken with out a notice on it. My wife almost hurt herself trying to ride the bicycle. I found there was no beach, only a sand pit an inch deep. The ocean view is nice but there is no way to swim in the water because of all the sharp coral. Boots are need to walk in the ocean water! This is NOT a kid friendly ocean access point! The canoe would get stuck on all the Sharp rocks in the ocean! There was no point in that activity. On my stay we had a hard storm and rain was leaking through the sliding doors. The owner was mad that we had to use the towels to clean up the water leaking in the home! Also the home owner was mad that the every thing in.the home was not cleaned and washed! Therefore I wonder what is the cleaning deposit for?
