20 min. East of Palm Springs and a two-hour drive from San Diego
or Los Angeles. Our Condo is in a gated community of Indian Wells and is 2 miles to the famous Indian Wells Tennis Gardens (home of BNP Paribas Open Tennis Tournament--March 7-20, 2011),  and 5 minutes to world-class shopping along El Paseo. A grocery store, drug store and drycleaning is 1 mile away.

Distance from the Palm Springs airport is appox 30 minutes.

All BRAND NEW....Fully equipped Stainless Steel Kitchen, Gas cook top, Electric Oven, Microwave, and Dishwasher. Cooking utensils, Dishes, Silverware, Washer & Dryer, and Linens are all provided. Basics are stocked in kitchen.

Digital Cable TV with DVD player in main living room,

California King beds in both Master bedrooms.  Two Full size beds in the third  bedroom, which also has a desk for business work. There is AC and each room has a multi-speed fan for your comfort.

Outside                                                                                                                Two lighted tennis courts are available (racquets available). An executive 4-hole pitch and putt (average clubs available) is built into the developement, as is a shuffleboard.                                                                                                  
There is plenty of open green space and flower gardens in the development. Fruit trees (lemon, orange andgrapefruit) surround the condo. Feel free to pick a few oranges and grapefruits for fresh juice.

Paseo shopping (great shops and restaurants!), hiking and bicycling.
