Quality Timberframe Home in Flathead Lake

We are a 501c3 non-profit organization and we offer our retreat center in the summer for vacation renters as our annual fund raising event.  This is a quality timberframe home located nestled in the trees above the lake on the west shore of Flathead Lake 4.2 miles South of Lakeside. This house has amazing views of the Mission Mountains and Flathead Lake. This rental also includes access to eleven privately owned forested acres, hiking trails, a boat dock(included in rental). A 5-10 minute hike takes you to our sun dock for swimming in a private bay, and stunning views.  We also have two other similar houses available at the same location that you may inquire about which is great for family reunions with an occupancy of approximately 30. This is a fully functioning house with linens as well as a washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave,
oven/stovetop, full sized refrigerator, satellite television, DVD player and wireless internet.

Hiking, swimming, boating, fishing. Located 30 minutes from Blacktail Mountain Ski area. Located 90 minutes from Glacier National Park. If rented with the other houses on our site, it is a perfect location for family reunions.

June 1st - August 31st 2450/wk plus $150 cleaning fee

September 1st - May 31st $190/nt or $1330/wk plus $150 cleaning fee per stay

7% lodging Tax.

50% Rental deposit at booking, remainder due upon arrival.

25% booking deposit non refundable if cancellation less than 30 nts notice.
