This Arizona Home is the place for you. Springfield is an Active Adult Resort Gated
Community built within the last ten years having 740 single-dwelling homes. Great
amenities are provided, such as: 18 hole executive golf course, tennis, two swimming
pools, large hot tub, shuffle board, bocca ball, Recreation Center and Ball Room,
separate fully-equipped Fitness Center building, and activities for all. We are located
a short walking distance to the community activities and shopping center. HOA social
events includeing dances, diners, etc. are offered routinely.

Payment is accepted in U.S. currency. These rates are for two people occupying the home.

RENT: A security deposit of $600.00, plus the first month's rent is required for
reserving the home. Rent money is not refunded unless a written cancellation is received sixty (60) days prior to the beginning of the rental contract. Security
Deposit of $600.00 is non-refundable if cancelled.

The $600 security deposit will be fully refunded by mail within 45 business days of the tenant vacating, dependent upon condition of the unit when inspected. The security deposit is also the damage deposit.

Balance of all rental fees are due and payable prior to checking into property.

Cleaning Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $200 is required with the balance of the rental fees.

This is an adult community, so one renter must be at least 55 years of age and children under 18 are not allowed.
