Constructed in 2008 this home is located on the Main River Channel of the St Lawrence River. Whether you are inside or outside, this home offers you  panoramic and gorgeous views of the  river. Our home is  nicely landscaped with full river frontage includes 14x20 deck at river level for entertaining.(Patio furniture on deck)  Easy access on main road, off road parking, boat dockage included for up to 25 ft boat. Full amenities include modern kitchen with stove, ref, microwave and dishwasher. Outdoor Grill located by kitchen deck.  3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, washer/dryer, and beautiful great room with vaulted ceiling. The House has  Central Heat/AC. All bedrooms have a TV.  Linens, towels, cookware,dinning utencils  provided. No Pets or Smoking.Looking to rent seasonal/monthly /weekly from May to September. Come and enjoy this beautiful 1000 Islands home.Please note we do not rent other than on a weekly basis, Saturday to Saturday.

You have easy access to the Antique Boat Museum (Clayton) the beautiful Boldt and Singer Castles, two (2) State Parks that offer a nature center, hiking trails as well as a guided large canoe boat trip, Three (3) golf courses- one state owned-If you don't have your own boat, you can hop onto any of the many guided large boat tours of the islands either at Alexandria Bay and Clayton. The Thousand Island Park community is less than 3 miles away on the island,which offers a movie house, public library restuarant, antique shopping, grocery store and many other public attractions.  Most all of  the above attractions are within a 10 mile radius. 

Weekly rate- Saturday to Saturday $1700.00.*

*Our season is from May to September.
