Luxury Two-Bedroom, City Center in Budapest

This Two-Bedroom Apartment is four-star quality, totally modernised to a high standard
and kept very
clean. Being top-floor courtyard (with lift), it is both quiet and sunny, despite being in the
city
center. I am from the UK and I own and manage the apartment, and live locally.
Absolutely in the city center, the apartment is directly next to Vorosmarty ter and Vaci
utca (a one
minute walk). You are also just a few minutes by foot from the Basilica cathedral, the
Danube and
many nice restaurants and cafes - I can recommend some of the nicest. This is central
Pest. You are
next to Lanchid 'chain bridge' (the central bridge), so you can walk directly over to the
centre of
Buda also.
Deak Ter metro station is also only a few minutes walk away. This is the cross-over
station of the
three metro lines, so traveling anywhere in the city is easy. A car is really not necessary,
but
underground parking can be arranged on request.

The apartment is regularly used by Americans and equipped to the standard they expect,
inc. coffee
machine, food mixer, microwave, dishwasher, washer-dryer, sandwich maker.
It is fully prepared for your stay with bedding, towels and kitchen utensils. We provide
some tea
bags coffee and sugar, and can buy some basics for the fridge to ease your arrival, on
request.
One bedroom has a cast iron 180cm (king) double bed. The other bedroom has a wooden
160cm (queen)
double bed. Both are high quality and hand-made. Bedroom 1 is large with two spacious
wardrobes, and
a very spacious set of drawers. Bedroom 2 is smaller but not tiny, and has one wardrobe
and one
cupboard-drawer unit. Both rooms are sunny and feel comfortable. The Lounge has a
double sofa-bed (in
addition to two other sofas).
Very nice bathroom with high quality Italian tiles and fittings. The kitchen is modern and
spacious.
There is a fenced-in, public children's play area about 30 metres from the building
(almost
next-door)... don't worry, you can't hear it in the apartment.

This is right in the city center, so ideal for sightseeing. You are within very easy reach of all
the museums, art galleries, thermal baths and the opera house.
There are some great restaurants close by, also cafes (e.g. the famous Gerbeaud).

70 EUR per night November 1st to March 31st.
85 EUR per night April 1st to October 31st.
These prices are for two people. For each additional person please add 10 EUR/night.
There are no other extra charges, all cleaning etc is included.
