Linderhof Country Club is located across the street from
Story Land....approximately 7 miles north of the Village of North
Conway on route 16. Located on an Executive Par III golf course.
(Golf fees are $15 "per day.") The Ellis River is behind the condo.

with twin beds. New queen couch in the living room makes into a queen bed.

Microwave, Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer, disposal.

Available on premises..golf, tennis, swimming pool, club house,
jungle gym set. Story Land is across the street.

Plenty of trails for mountain climbing in the area. Great restauants
in North Conway and Jackson.

Not a very nice place

Where do I start...I only asked for two things which the owner assured me he had. That the place has a bathtub and a BBQ grille. Well it had a bathtub, however, the owner thinks that a fire pit can act as a BBQ grille. Not quite the same. On top of this, the place had one window air conditioner and it was broke. Not exactly what you would want the first week of August, dead of summer. As for everything else? Major updating is needed. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable. Sleeping on the floor would of been more comfortable if not for the fact the rugs were at least 25 years old and in bad need of replacing. The place was very run down and not very clean. The garbage disposal broke the first day and had to wait till next day for someone to fix.

I would not stay here again and I don't recommend it at all. The owner, after letting him know of our dismay, just didn't care. He actually said, oh well. I was very disappointed.

Owners response: The condo is well maintained and in good condition. The carpets are not brand new; however they are well maintained by commercial shampooing with Duraclean twice a year. I have owned the condo for a few years and the garbage disposal did have to be replaced last summer. Most renters are extremely satisfied and return a number of times. Prices of $695 for the two bedroom and $875 for the three bedroom are several hundred dollars below market value vs. other units of similar characteristics.
