bathrooms, (approx. 2,100 square ft.) and sleeps 8 comfortably.

The King Master suite is located on ground floor, river views and has
private entrance to deck. Furnished with a Westin Heavenly premium

book library. Master bathroom has soaking tub, double sinks and
shower. Furnished with high-thread count linens and towels.

Guest Room #1 is located upstairs, with a Queen Westin Heavenly
premium bed, high-thread count linens. You can hear and see the river
from this room!

Guest Room #2 sleeps four is also located upstairs with twin bunk beds
and a twin trundle bed. Very large room with plenty of privacy.

Laundry room is located downstairs and equipped with front loading
