Located 4 miles north of Marsh harbor,facing northeast,this property overlooks the Sea of Abaco
providing year round ocean breezes. Paradise Point is next to its own private, natural cinnamon
beach and has two boat moorings.

This beautiful home has 2 bedrooms with baths on the first floor and a large master bedroom suite
with it's own large bath on the second floor. All bedrooms have ocean views. There is a newly
renovated kitchen and large living area. This home can comfortably sleep six. This home can be
combined with Rivendell beachfront cottage (listing #15219) and be able to accomodate 10+ people.

Private beach, DVD with movies, stereo, BBQ grill, double kayak, washer, breezy fans and patio
furniture.

All linens and towels are provided.

Fishing, bonefishing, diving, snorkeling, golfing on nearby Treasure Cay, swimming, kayaking,
boating, island hopping, exploring and shopping.

The Treasure Cay community nearby has been voted as having one of the 10 best beaches in the world.

There are many fine restaurants and gift shops in Marsh Habour to choose from; or hop a ferry to one
of the out islands for and enjoyable day beachcombing, gift shopping and lunch.

There are well stocked grocery stores in Marsh Harbour.
A rental vehicle is recommended.

paradise point rates:
1200 usd for up to 6 people per week, additional days are at 200 usd.A deposit of 250.00dollars is
required to reserve paradise point.A security deposit of 250.00 is required.
reservations will be held 5 days untill deposit is received. Full balance is due a minimum of 30
days prior to the week of your reservation date.
