room with a modern pellet stove, as well as, central air heating.

20-35 minutes to Boom Town, Lake Tahoe North Shore, Tahoe City,

You will be able to take advantage of a wide range of year-round  
activites. Spring, summer and fall months, explore the many local  
trails and lakes, Spectacular summer day hikes for all skills and  
abilities. Enjoy volleyball, swimming, sailing, rock climbing,  
biking and river rafting down the Truckee River.  
In winter months you are nestled within just a few minutes from the  
best Alpine and Cross Country Skiing in Northern California (Sugar  
Bowl, Boreal, Donner Ski Ranch, Soda Springs, and Royal Gorge, a few  
minute more to Squaw Valley, NorthStar or Alpine Meadows). Also  
available in the local community are many informal sled areas for  
children.

ADVANCE RESERVATIONS 
 
5% Discount: Make your reservations at least 60 days in advance and  
agree to a non refundable $250 reservation fee if you cancel for any  
reason. Rental fee is due 3 weeks prior to occupancy and is non  
refundable, however if we are still able to rent the Cabin for those  
days you were schedule to stay, you will recieve a credit toward  
your next stay less 15% for overhead cost.
