ADVANCE RESERVATIONS

5% Discount: Make your reservations at least 60 days in advance and
agree to a non refundable $250 reservation fee if you cancel for any
reason. Rental fee is due 3 weeks prior to occupancy and is non
refundable, however if we are still able to rent the Cabin for those
days you were schedule to stay, you will recieve a credit toward
your next stay less 15% for overhead cost.
