You will enjoy this new gated community. The condo is on the second
floor which gives a beautiful view of Superstition Mountains from the
balcony. This well maintained condo is 1200 sq feet. There are 2
private bedrooms and 2 full baths. The master has a king size bed and walk
in closet. The 2nd bedroom is on the opposite side of condo and has 2
twin beds. We ask for respectful, responsible vacationers to share
this home away from home. Non-smoking and pet free.
20 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. Very close to Freeways (60
and 202)
Close to the new Mountain Vista Hospital.
Close to Superstition Mountains.
Approx. 17 miles to Cubs Spring Training.
