Vacation Rental Description

Set along the Emerald Coast, whitest beaches in the world, seas a
perfect blue. "Casa Del Sol" is located 6 miles east of Seaside, 
next to Rosemary Beach on Highway 30-A. The home resides in the 
beautiful gated gulf-side community of Sunset Beach. Stroll down the 
palm tree lined path towards the Gulf and along the way you'll pass 
the manicured lawns of other Sunset Beach houses. At the end of the 
2 minute stroll, you'll find a heated beachfront community pool and 
a private beach. The location in Sunset Beach offers guests 
beachside chairs and umbrellas for a nominal fee. 

Sunset Beach is within walking distance to Rosemary Beach, 
restaurants, shops and a short drive to Seaside and Camp Creek Golf 
Course.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Beautifully decorated, fully equiped kitchen, washer/dryer, 4 TVs\4 
VCRs and 2 DVD players. The home sleeps 8 people comfortably. Queen 
size beds in Master and Guest Bedrooms, children's bedroom has a 
double\single bunk and diuble bed which can accomodate 5 children. 
Each bedroom has its own bath. All bath towels and linens provided.

Travertine tile floors, granite kitchen counters, stainless steel 
appliances, 9-foot ceilings, Master Bedroom and living room have 
french doors that open to a courtyard patio, filled with flowers and 
equiped with an outdoor gas grill, table and chairs. The upstairs 
guest bedroom has french doors that open to a covered porch with 
chairs and a table to enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
Home is cable internet ready, wired in master bedroom and wireless 
throughout the entire house.

Activities and Attractions

Restaurants, ice cream parlors, cafes, wine bars, spa, coffee shops 
and quaint clothing shops are all located within walking distance of 
the home.

When you tire of the beach, the new 36-hole Tom Fazio Golf Course is 
located just over a mile away. Additionally, there are 5 other golf 
courses located within a 20 mile radius.

Bike down the Highway 30-A bike path which leads to the nearby 
coastal communities of Seaside,Watercolor, and Grayton Beach; which 
feature many quaint shops and excellent award-winning restaurants. 
Rentals available at Rosemary Beach and along 30A.

Winter       (Oct 27 - Mar 1)              $  995/week $1,600/month

Book early this home is 100% rented throughout the year.
A $250.00 deposit is required to hold the reservation.

Rates do not include a $110.00 per rental cleaning fee. A $250.00 
Security\damage deposit, refunded after the unit is cleaned and 
inspected, if no damage. 

Final payment  must be recieved 3 days prior to your arrival.
One week minimum stay during summer and spring break, three day 
minimum all other times.
