chalet located on a dead-end street just steps from Imperial slope. On the top level of this
approximately 2,800 square foot home, there are 2 bedrooms, which will sleep 6 to 7(including 2 roll-
out beds), and a full bath. The main level features a fully equiped kitchen, dining room, bedroom,
bath with jacuzzi tub and living room with stone fireplace. The lower level has a bedroom, bath,
utility room with extra refrigerator and washer/dryer, family room with wet-bar, pool table, wood
stove and pull-out sleeper sofa. The property also has large deck areas and a heated game room (with
ping-pong table) above the 2-car detached garage. The heated game room is perfect for teen-agers
who'd like to show their independence and sleep in separate quarters away from the folks (sleeping
bags required, however). Abundant off-street parking, cable TV/VCR, stereo, and numerous games,
puzzles etc. to keep you occupied in the evenings. There is plenty of wood stocked for the fireplace
and wood stove. No smoking, please.

Hidden Valley is located in the Laurel Highlands of southwestern Pennsylvania and offers a wide
range of recreational activities including downhill and cross-country skiing, tubing park, ski instruction and
rentals, tennis, an 18-hole championship golf course, over 30 miles of hiking and
biking trails, heated swimming pools and stocked fishing lakes.
