"Triple Crown" is a 10 Bedroom 9 Bath 5550sq ft, three story home  
with a large, heated, Private Swimming Pool. It is located on what  
use to be a GULF FRONT lot, but now is 2nd row, with only an empty  
lot between "Triple Crown" and the beach.  It takes only 30 seconds  
to reach the beach.   
 
Enjoy great gulf views from this beach home with large decks off the  
back. Loaded with extras this home could satisfy any group, big or  
small. It provides accomodations for many yet also provides privacy  
too. 
 
“Triple Crown” divides into 3 separate units (A,B &C) providing three  
living rooms and three kitchens. The A & B units each have 3 bedrooms  
and 3 baths. The C unit (Penthouse) has 4 bedrooms and 3  
baths. Located in the Seaside-Seagrove area you are sure to find  
plenty of shopping, dining and children's activities to satisfy your  
every need in walking distance. Plenty of parking for large groups. Check out wedding section of our

There are 5 King Size beds, 2 Queen Size beds, 1 Full bed, 9 Twin  
beds and 2 Sleeper sofas.

Thanksgiving & Christmas             $1700/nt  or   $ 7000/wk 
Spring (03/01 - 05/15)               $1500/nt  or   $ 8500/wk  
Summer (05/16 - 08/01)                              $ 9800/wk  
Late Summer (08/02 - 08/14)                         $ 7500/wk             
Fall (08/15 - 10/31)                 $1500/nt  or   $ 8500/wk 
 
Arrivals on Saturdays and weekly rentals only during summner. Pets  
and smoking are not allowed. Renters under the age of 25 are not  
allowed.  Pricing subject to change without notice.  $40/night or  
$250/wk charge for heating the large Heated Swimming Pool. Checks,  
Visa, MC, & Discover accepted. Pets, smoking inside the property and  
renters under the age of 25 (unless accompanied by a parent) are not  
allowed. Special Events may have extra charge.
