A spacious deck and plenty of large windows offer incredible up-close panoramic mountain views.  An abundance of wildlife.. we have viewed and/or photographed moose, black bear, deer, fox, bobcat, coyote and an incredible assortment of birds (including owls and turkeys) in our yard!

Ideally located 10 minutes from Manchester restaurants and shopping and 5 miles from the Vermont Horse Show and Summer Festival.  3 miles from Emerald Lake State Park. Less than an hour to Stratton/Bromley, Killington and Okemo.  Minutes to Equinox and Stratton golf.  Easy main road access and perfect cell phone reception. Satellite TV. Property borders the Green Mtn Nat'l Forest with direct access to hiking and snowshoeing on the Long Trail and Appalachian Trail from your back door.
