amenity-filled townhome.

Located just three blocks from the Olympic Oval for outdoor skating, Mirror Lake for dog sledding
and toboggan slide. Fifteen minute drive to Whiteface Mountain Ski Resort, 5 minutes to ski jumps
and 15 minutes to Mt. Van Hovenberg bobsled and cross country ski center. Cub Run Cottage is great
for singles or families. Stroll four blocks to the shops and restaurants on Lake Placid's quaint
Main Street.

Cub Run Cottage's unique three level layout offers privacy to family members or couples with a full
bathroom on each level.

The main level features an eat-in kitchen, living room with a wood burning fireplace, bedroom (queen
bed), full bath, entry mudroom and a deck.

The second floor has a large bedroom with a king size bed, a second bedroom with two bunks (sleeps
4) and a full bath.

The lower level has our Moose Lake Room (den) with a television, a bedroom with two full beds
(sleeps 4), a laundry/workroom (great for waxing skis!), a full bath and a small patio.

In season rates vary from $300 to $450 per night (higher during Ironman Week). There is a cleaning
fee of $125. There is a minimum two-night stay during ski season. All linens and firewood are
included. Two parking spaces are included (free parking available for additional cars within a
short 200 yard walk).
