Welcome to the Florida home you've been looking for located in a 
beautiful, mature golf course development in Sarasota (Palm Aire). Our 
spacious and comfortable villa is centrally situated for any of the 
innumerable attractions this State has to offer. Not only is it 
readily accessible to the I75 that quickly takes you anywhere on the 
Florida gulf coast, it is also only one hour from Tampa airport and 
ten minutes from Sarasota International. Another five minutes and 
you're enjoying the Gulf beaches and downtown Sarasota. Sip your glass 
of wine in the Florida room, move to the dining room for entertaining, 
and breakfast in the adjoining kitchen.  Our soothing master bedroom 
with ensuite and walk in closet will ensure your good night's sleep. 
The twin bed guest room also enjoys an adjoining bathroom and plenty 
of storage and closet space. Additional guests can be accommodated on 
a pull out couch in the study that can be closed off for total 
privacy. Prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen which includes a 
small TV (one of three). Talk to your friends or relatives in the U.S. 
or Canada for as long as you want - free! Surf the net on high speed 
internet or watch cable TV when you are not on a nearby golf course or 
tennis court or shopping at the huge outlet mall a few minutes away.
