President's Day Weekend ~ 2Br Flat w/Steam Sauna&WiFi -$215 in San Francisco

Amazing location. Nice and quiet neighborhood

We stayed here for a week, and loved the location! It was very close to Geary, and was perfect for us to set up as "home base" while we went off exploring the city and surrounding area. There were three of us, my husband and I, and a friend of ours and we were completely comfortable here during our stay.

It's VERY close to the Sutro Baths, and the area is just breath-takingly scenic. The hills are VERY steep.... even if you are very fit, so keep this in mind if you'll be on foot.

This property is not right in the middle of downtown, and is a little off of the beaten path, but it's a very nice, very quiet, and very safe neighborhood, and I prefer that to super convenience. We had a rental car, and unlike the more cental areas, parking was NEVER an issue at this property. LOTS of safe street parking is available.

There are several AMAZING restaurants close by and down Geary. We did our research and tracked down the neighborhood favorites, and we were not disappointed. (From Chinese delivery, to a great deli, to diners, to Italian, to fantastic Dim Sum to burritos, food around here was just INCREDIBLE)
There's also a Safeway and a Walgreens close by, and that was an added convenience.

The accomodations were great in the flat.... full kitchen with dishes and utensils (plus a coffee maker!), two good sized bedrooms, comfy beds (the king bed is memory foam)the full bath is roomy (shower only, no tub) with a redwood sauna, and the half bath in the other bedroom is a nice convenience too. Clean linens are provided and plentiful, but you also have access to a washer and dryer. Great closet space, cute garden in the backyard to admire....

Yes, a week here was very enjoyable indeed.

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway
